Housing associations: AC charging with load management

For apartment buildings we build AC charging. Load management protects the building's grid connection from overload, and cost allocation assigns consumption to the individual owner.

Municipalities: fleets and public rapid charging

For municipalities we build AC charging for municipal vehicles and buildings. We build DC charging only as public charging. According to EY (8/2026) (in Czech), Operational Programme Transport (OP Doprava) can cover 70 to 80% of the eligible costs of public charging; the station must be publicly accessible. The current status is in the grants table.

Frequently asked questions

Does the owners' meeting have to approve EV charging?

Usually yes, because the work affects the common parts of the building. We prepare the materials for the meeting together with the board.

How is consumption allocated?

We meter each charging point separately, and billing is based on those readings.

Do you build rapid chargers?

DC chargers only as public charging for municipalities. Otherwise we build AC charging.
