Housing associations: AC charging with load management

For apartment buildings we build AC charging. Load management protects the building's grid connection from overload, and cost allocation assigns consumption to the individual owner.

Municipalities: fleets and public fast charging

For municipalities we build AC charging for municipal vehicles and buildings. We build DC charging only as public. According to EY (8/2026), the OP Transport programme can cover 70 to 80 % of eligible costs of public charging; the station must be publicly accessible. The current status is in the grants table.

Questions and answers

Does the housing association meeting have to approve charging?

Usually yes, because it affects the common parts of the building. We prepare materials for the meeting together with the board.

How is consumption allocated?

We meter consumption at each charging point and the billing is based on that.

Do you build fast chargers?

DC charging only as public charging for municipalities. Otherwise we build AC.
