For an apartment building we build PV, a battery and EV charging, and prepare materials for the owners' meeting together with the board.
Owners' consent and the general meeting
Work on the common parts of a building is usually approved by the owners' meeting. We prepare a clear proposal, materials for the vote and answers to owners' questions.
New Green Savings 2026+: a loan
For apartment buildings the programme is primarily a zero-interest loan, not an investment subsidy. According to the Ministry of the Environment, it is a loan of up to CZK 750,000 per flat, and applications are accepted from 25 June 2026 to 31 October 2029. Verified on 24 September 2026.
Sharing to flats and cost allocation
Production from a rooftop plant can be shared to flats. We set up the sharing and the cost allocation so that the board can manage it.
