Apartment building, Prague – Chodov

On the roof of a prefabricated panel apartment block in Chodov, Prague, we built a 44 kWp photovoltaic plant. All the flats are connected via a lead metering point, so the electricity generated on the roof reaches the individual flats. The delivery also includes 25 kWh of battery storage. It stores surplus production for the building to use later instead of exporting it to the grid. The project shows that even a panel block can generate and share its own electricity. Today we offer the same approach to housing associations that want to solve the roof, the battery and cost allocation in a single project.
