Apartment building, Praha – Chodov

On the roof of a panel apartment building in Prague, in the Chodov district, we built a 44 kWp photovoltaic plant. All the flats are connected through a lead metering point, so the rooftop production reaches the flats. The delivery also includes a battery with a capacity of 25 kWh. It stores surplus production, which the building uses later instead of feeding it into the grid. The project shows that even a panel building can generate and share its own electricity. We offer the same approach today to housing associations that want to solve the roof, the battery and the cost allocation in one project.
