New Green Savings 2026+ is a loan
For housing associations, New Green Savings 2026+ is primarily a zero-interest loan, not an investment grant. The loan is up to CZK 750,000 per flat, see the Ministry of the Environment (in Czech; verified on 24 September 2026).
Financing
The main form of financing is outright purchase. Municipalities use their budgets and grants; housing associations use a loan. We will help you with the financing.
