We handle it as a whole
We run the application, documents, submission and administration for you. We hold the Energy Manager and Energy Consultant certificates; the holder is Martin Michalíček.
New Green Savings 2026+ is a loan
For housing associations New Green Savings 2026+ is primarily a zero-interest loan, not an investment grant. The loan is up to CZK 750,000 per flat, see the Ministry of the Environment (verified on 24 September 2026).
Financing
Purchase is the main way of financing. Municipalities use their budget and grants, housing associations a loan. We help with financing.
